Did you know there was such a thing as STYLED DOG PORTRAITS?!

I mean, come on. There's got to be a market for this in Edinburgh, surely? And it's for charity! Any photographers want to get in on this? Anybody? No...?

For more styled dog portraits than you can shake a giant glittery bow at, there's a whole freaking category on A House in the Hills. I practically wept with joy.

  1. I put my mother's chocolate labrador in a santa hat to make a christmas card. She looks beautiful but you can see the resentment oozing out of every pore and the look of accusation in her eyes did not say 'Merry Christmas' in quite the way I'd hoped!

  2. That first one looks like the dog has been caught rummaging in the Christmas decorations box, but in a good way!
I may have a shopping challenge for you, will tweet....

  3. I am in love with the intellectual with glasses.

  4. Smidgen would blow these amateurs out of the water. My dogs, however, would consider it all foolishness and be off in a second to hunt rodents in the back yard.

  5. I can't get Seb to let me out anything on his head! He pulls it off immediately :(

  6. Isla (or more likely me) will love this. It is a toss up between the diamond necklace or the HUGE pink bow. Take me to the website now....

  7. Such a lovely blog! I've added you to my favourites on my blog but I have to say I'm alarmed at how long I've been looking at these photos of dogs in hats. I am a cat lover through and through but my goodness, I've been sitting here trying to decide on my favourite and how I can convince next door to lend me their terrier... Keep up the good work! x
